Ingredients

  • Boiled potato 2 large


  • Sattu 4 table spoon


  • Aata 250 gram


  • Sugar 1 tea spoon ,salt to taste


  • Carrom seed 1tea spoon


  • Cumin seed 1 table spoon


  • Chopped onion 1 large


  • Chopped ginger garic 1 table spoon


  • Dry red chili 1


  • Chopped green chili 2


  • Aamchur powder 1table spoon


  • Chopped tomato 1 medium


  • Coriander powder 1 cup chopped


  • Pav vaji masala 1 table spoon

Directions

  • Make a soft dough with aata,salt,sugar ,1table spoon refined oil and water..rest it for 30mnts
  • Make the stuffing ..heat oil in kadai ..add cumin seeds,dry red chili,onion,ginger,garlic,tomato and fry until it becomes soft..add salt,pinch of sugar..green chili,pav vaji masala,aamchur powder,coriander leaves ,boiled smashed potato and mix it ,,,add sattu,,carrom seed,fried cumin powder ,,mix it well ....check salt and sugar and keep it aside
  • Now prepare the parathas..make rotis ..add stuffing ..seal the edges .and roll them to make parathas..add ghee in a tawa..put the parathas ..fry both side on medium flame.Serve hot with aachar😋
